PAYMENT: PayPal is the ONLY payment method. You are also welcome to visit our shop to inspect any item before purchase.

Please note, when placing an order online there is a minimum spend of £10.

DISPATCH: We always endeavour to give you the best possible value and service with the dispatch cost of your item/s. All shipping prices are fully inclusive of all handling and packaging fees and no profits are made on our P&P charges. We usually dispatch same or next day (except weekends). All items will be dispatched by certified first class Royal Mail or DHL for larger items over 2kg. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch/delivery. No items will be posted until your payment has cleared. Please note that we cannot make guarantees on behalf of any shipping company or fully predict delivery patterns especially during National Holidays and weekends, any postal damage or losses will follow Royal Mail or Parcel Delivery Service procedures accordingly and we will work with you to resolve any issues should they very rarely arise.

OVERSEAS: PayPal paymnt only for overseas sales. Email us before purchase if you require overseas delivery and note that we only use first class priority postal services with a PayPal reccomended tracking number for insurance purposes. Please note that overseas buyers are responsible for all overseas taxes and customs fees should they apply. We will then confirm by return email the shipping cost and the next step forward.

RETURNS: Before you return any item, please make a full report in writing (or email us) within 2 days of receipt, stating clearly the problem. We will then advise the next step forward. All goods must be intact and in original packaging and condition with seals unbroken. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the goods.
